• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
• Not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of lavivabet or any of its affiliated companies, or an immediate family member of such a person;
• Not have been previously excluded or banned from the lavivabet Platform.

lavivabet reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

To access real-money games and betting markets on lavivabet, you must register a player account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

One Account Per Player: Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the lavivabet Platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. lavivabet reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and void any associated winnings.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your lavivabet login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify lavivabet immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account. lavivabet will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

Know Your Customer (KYC): lavivabet is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. You may be asked to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

Account Accuracy: The name on your lavivabet account must match the name on your registered payment method. Discrepancies may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension pending investigation.

Currency: All transactions on the lavivabet Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). lavivabet does not charge currency conversion fees for PHP transactions.

Accepted Payment Methods: lavivabet currently accepts deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Accepted payment methods are subject to change without prior notice.

Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.

Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to completion of KYC verification. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed faster than bank transfers. lavivabet reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal.

Withdrawal Restrictions: Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the lavivabet account. lavivabet reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. Funds subject to active bonus wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are met.

Fraud Prevention: lavivabet employs fraud detection systems to monitor all transactions. Any account suspected of fraudulent activity, including but not limited to chargebacks, unauthorized payment use, or bonus abuse, may be suspended pending investigation. lavivabet reserves the right to void winnings and close accounts where fraud is confirmed.

All bets placed on the lavivabet Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or betting market, as displayed within the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

Bet Acceptance: lavivabet reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to bets placed after an event has commenced, bets placed on markets that have been suspended, or bets that appear to exploit a technical error or pricing mistake.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and markets on lavivabet. These limits are displayed within each game or market and are subject to change without notice.

Void Bets: A bet may be declared void by lavivabet in circumstances including but not limited to: technical errors, incorrect odds, event cancellation, or evidence of match manipulation. Voided bets are returned to the player's lavivabet wallet balance.

Responsible Betting: Players are encouraged to set personal betting limits through the lavivabet responsible gaming tools. lavivabet supports responsible gambling and provides tools to help players manage their activity.

lavivabet offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions of each promotion, which are published on the relevant promotion page. The following general conditions apply to all lavivabet bonuses:

• Bonuses are available to registered, verified players aged 21 and above only;
• Each bonus may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless otherwise stated;
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are specified in the individual promotion terms;
• lavivabet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the applicable wagering requirements;
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings;
• lavivabet's decision on all bonus-related matters is final and binding.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your lavivabet account;
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the amount you can lose within a defined period;

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the lavivabet Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorized payment methods;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or manipulation of game outcomes;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Engaging in money laundering or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing lavivabet staff or other players;
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other players' accounts or lavivabet's systems.

lavivabet reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether any conduct constitutes a violation of these prohibitions. All decisions made by lavivabet in this regard are final and binding.

All content on the lavivabet Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of lavivabet or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the lavivabet Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the lavivabet Platform;
• Modify or create derivative works based on Platform content;
• Use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering or extraction tools;
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform without lavivabet's express written consent.

Any unauthorised use of lavivabet's intellectual property terminates the licence granted herein and may constitute an infringement of applicable laws.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, lavivabet, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the lavivabet Platform.

lavivabet does not warrant that:

• The Platform will be available at all times or free from errors, bugs, or interruptions;
• Any defects in the Platform will be corrected;
• The Platform or the servers that make it available are free of viruses or other harmful components.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, lavivabet's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall lavivabet's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your lavivabet account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Gambling Risk Acknowledgement: You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose money. lavivabet is not responsible for any financial losses you incur as a result of using the Platform. You agree to gamble only with funds you can afford to lose.

lavivabet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time;
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder;
• A legal or regulatory requirement to do so.

Upon termination, any balance remaining in your lavivabet account that is not subject to an active investigation or bonus restriction will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable withdrawal processing times.

You may close your lavivabet account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Account closure requests are processed within five (5) business days.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably between the parties shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

lavivabet operates in alignment with the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and complies with applicable Philippine laws governing online gaming and gambling activities.

lavivabet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify registered players via email or a notice on the Platform.

Your continued use of the lavivabet Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.
